Trust in textiles



The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a consistent international certification system for raw materials, intermediate and final products of the textile sector at all stages of processing. The goal is achieve products that are free of substances harmful to human health.

The list of criteria covers tests on legally prohibited and regulated substances, chemicals substances with adverse effects on health and other essential parameters in terms of prevention for
human health. The tests are carried out exclusively by textile research institutes and approved, independent and with proven professional competence.

The fundamental basis is the modular system OEKO-TEX®: The fundamental basis is the modular system OEKO-TEX & reg ;: verifications are possible in all phases of textile chain, and intermediate certificates are recognized. Products and groups of articles that have been successfully tested can be advertised and marketed under the label OEKO-TEX®.

The company José Correia, Lda. has OEKO-TEX® certification, which covers the following products:
Products class I

Textiles and toys made of textile materials for babies and children up to three years of age: underwear, babygrows, clothing and other articles for bed, stuffed animals, etc.
Products class II
Textiles in which a large part of the surface comes into direct contact with the skin: trousers, shirts, socks, bedding, articles in turkish, etc.
